I’m Christy, an artist with roots in South Carolina, now calling Charlotte, NC, home.  My journey in art is grounded in a love for capturing beauty in a way that blends hyperrealism with the emotive qualities of Impressionism.  I hold an undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina and furthered my studies at Miami Ad School in South Beach, specializing in Art Direction and Graphic Design.

My background in advertising sharpened my eye for impactful compositions and deepened my understanding of visual communication. These skills infuse my artwork with a unique perspective, allowing me to convey not only the details of a scene but also its atmosphere and essence.
